Pros and cons of Music Journal Pro - Practice + metronome app to log time and bpm app for iPhone and iPad

Music Journal Pro - Practice + metronome app to log time and bpm app good for

I missed a way to record me playing so I can easily compare my progress.
Searched a long time, for an app like this. Four Stars are because I hope they will work on with the App, because there are some possibilities they coul add Ort improve in the future. Here are my suggestions: - adding Subparts to a Song, Working on, for example Riff 1,Chorus, Solo 1, Measure xx to xx ... - storing the database on other devices as a backup, for example on the Desktop Computer via iTunes, or storing in iCloud, dropbox ... - grafik improvement ...
Bought it and like it, its a good program thats stable. I wish I could keep on timing my practice when I was using other applications on my iPhone (tuner, metronome, iTunes, etc.) but as yet you cant. Otherwise, very nice.
I love this app as it really motivates me to get my practise sessions in for the day. I just hit play for the practice item that I am working on and then switch over to my metronome app (the timer will continue if you exit). A couple of features would make this even better: Ability to select the note values, i.e. Eighth notes, quarter notes, triplets, etc. And an option to add a small note or comment for each practice item. The recent update with the color coded graphs was a great idea! Thanks.
Journaling your practise time has been preached by many great musicians and teachers for years. This app is much more convenient and far more powerful than a paper journal. The BPM sliders are a bit difficult to use, but hopefully that will be remedied soon. I love this app and recomended it to all practising musicians.
This is a great app. I use it every day to keep track of technique & pieces on multiple voices of my instrument. My only complaint is that the tempo slider is very fussy. It would be so much easier to just type it in. Please make this small change.

Some bad moments

Its a good app, and works really well, but I wish it would total up my total practice time for me.
I couldnt find anything better or similar. This app only need better reports and possibilitie to export for excel or PDF .
Please add the ability to edit previous practice from a previous day. Currently, if you forget to enter a days practice, you cannot go back and enter it.
Great app! Really helps a lot. I kind of wish you could edit a previous days practice, but I guess it keeps you honest the way it is.
This app is great for keeping track of what youre practicing. I use it every day.
Okay, so yes, Im a practice tracker-holic. Ive done everything from notebooks to my computer to this whole grid that was so complicated that only I could understand it. Anyways, this is the best and easiest way of keeping track of my times EVER!!! It times you, then puts everything in a nice little bar graph for ya! And as for editing the previous day... If you change the date on your iPhone/iTouch (under settings), you can then go in, add the time, and then go back to the current day. Dont know if it deletes your times between, but it does work. Anyways, this app is awesome and Im telling all my friends!
